Fleet management · Saudi Arabia

Every vehicle.
Every ten seconds.
One screen.

Saqr tracks 41,600 vehicles across the Kingdom — position, fuel, temperature, driver behaviour and service intervals on one platform, with Wasl registration handled during onboarding rather than left to you.

Thirty minutes, your fleet on screen, no slide deck. Or talk to sales.

The whole fleet, without opening four tabs

Most operations run tracking in one system, fuel cards in another, and the workshop on a whiteboard. Saqr puts them in the same place, so a fuel drop and a route deviation are visibly the same incident.

Alerts a person can act on

A system that notifies you about everything trains you to ignore it. Saqr sends what is worth interrupting someone for — routed to the person who can do something, by WhatsApp, email or into your own system.

How alerting works
  • TRK-114 Fuel level dropped 62 L while stationary
    Al Kharj depot · 03:12
  • VAN-042 104 km/h in an 80 zone, sustained 4 min
    Route 65 northbound · 14:48
  • REF-008 Compartment 2 rose to -14°C for 11 min
    Jeddah ring road · 09:31
  • EXC-221 Left site boundary outside working hours
    Dammam industrial · 22:07
  • TRK-089 Service due in 480 km
    Scheduled · workshop notified

Built for here, not translated for here

Most telematics arrives designed for European winters and American compliance, then gets an Arabic stylesheet. Four things we did differently.

Tested at 52°C
Every unit is soak-tested above the worst afternoon the Kingdom produces. Adhesives, batteries and SIM housings fail in that heat long before the electronics do, which is where the design effort went.
Long-haul aware
Riyadh to Jeddah is 950 km with real dead zones. Units buffer positions offline and backfill the gap on reconnect, so the trip replay has no holes in it.
Arabic-first for drivers
The driver app is Arabic by default, with Urdu and Hindi available. A safety alert nobody reads is not a safety feature.
Wasl and TGA reporting
Registration is part of onboarding rather than a project you run afterwards, and the exports match the format the Transport General Authority expects.

What operators got out of it

Read the full stories →
SAR 2.1M annual fuel recovered
We suspected siphoning for two years and could never prove it. The first month of tank telemetry gave us four depots and eleven vehicles.
Operations Director A 620-truck haulage operator, Eastern Province
31% fewer at-fault incidents
The in-cab warning does most of the work. By the time a driver reaches coaching there is usually nothing left to coach.
Head of Safety Last-mile delivery, 1,400 vans across five cities
9 days to full deployment
Fitters came to our yards on our shift pattern. We did not take a single vehicle off the road for it.
Fleet Manager Ready-mix concrete, 240 mixers and plant

Your data, reachable

Fleet data is worth more inside your ERP than inside our dashboard. Everything on screen is on the API, documented and versioned.

REST API
Positions, trips, events and assets. Cursor-paginated, rate-limited, documented.
Webhooks
Signed, retried with backoff, replayable for 72 hours.
ERP and dispatch
Push jobs in, pull proof-of-delivery and utilisation back.
Data export
Scheduled CSV or Parquet to your own bucket. Your data stays yours.

Questions we get

Anything not covered here, ask us — you will get a real answer, not a callback request.

How long does installation take?

The OBD unit takes under a minute and the driver can fit it. Hardwired units take about 45 minutes with a certified fitter, and our team comes to your yard on your shift pattern rather than asking you to release vehicles. A 200-vehicle fleet is typically live inside two weeks.

Does Saqr handle Wasl registration?

Yes. Registration is part of onboarding — we submit the vehicle and unit details and confirm the link is active before we hand the account over. Reporting exports are formatted for what the Transport General Authority asks for.

What happens where there is no signal?

The unit keeps recording and stores positions locally, then backfills them when it reconnects. A trip through a dead zone replays as a continuous line rather than a gap, which matters when the gap is the part someone is asking about.

Can we keep our existing hardware?

Often. We support the common protocols used by units already fitted across the Kingdom, so mixed fleets can migrate gradually instead of in one weekend. Send us the model numbers and we will tell you honestly what carries over.

Who owns the data?

You do. It stays in the Kingdom, you can export the full history as CSV or Parquet to your own bucket on a schedule, and if you leave you take it with you. There is no exit fee for your own records.

What does it cost?

Per vehicle per month on a scale that steps down with fleet size, invoiced a year at a time, plus a one-time cost for the device. Pricing is published rather than quoted case by case.
